Course Description: This course provides an integrated approach to entrepreneurship by combining business fundamentals with mindfulness and holistic wellness practices. Participants will learn the essential steps needed to start and grow a business while developing strategies to manage stress, maintain balance, and promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Through actionable tools such as a roadmap to entrepreneurship, mindfulness practices, and an entrepreneurial checklist, students will gain the confidence and resilience required for business success. The course emphasizes patience and long-term vision, reminding participants that entrepreneurship is a journey that takes time. By the end, students will leave with a comprehensive toolkit for both business and personal wellness, ready to pursue their entrepreneurial goals with clarity and intention.
